Password Not Working?
Try this – make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your email address or password. Sometimes, when copying and pasting your login information into the login fields, an extra, blank space gets included. This extra space will prevent the login information from working. NOTE: you can always use the “Forgot Password” button on the login page to reset your password. When you click on “Forgot Password” another email will be sent to you with a new, temporary password. IF you don’t see that email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
